What time do the doors open at the Big Top venues?The venue and fully licensed bar open at 7:30 PM, one hour before the show starts at 8:30 PM.

Can I bring my own food and drinks?No, you cannot bring your own food or drinks into the venue. Security will conduct bag searches if necessary. We have a fully licensed bar, hot food, and snacks available for purchase inside the venue.

How strict is security at the event?Security staff reserve the right to refuse entry to any persons. Certain items are not allowed inside the Big Top but there will be a cloakroom facility where items can be left at owner's risk.

Do you take card payments?Yes, we accept card payments. However, we recommend bringing cash as well, as some locations may have poor reception for card machines.

What is the age restriction for the event?The event is strictly for individuals aged 18 and over. Please bring a photo ID as proof of age.

Do you have disabled access?Disabled access is available at the venue. You can book a wheelchair seat in the green section labelled. Carers or other party members can sit on the same table with you by selecting another green seat.

How many people to a VIP table and can we sit together?VIP tables seat 4 people. You may be sat at a table with other customers if you haven't booked a minimum of 4 tickets. All VIP seats are numbered

Can we sit together on the tiered seats?Standard tiered tickets are in a tiered seating stand, and seats are not numbered. Seats are allocated on a first come first served basis. On sell out shows we endeavour to seat everyone together in their groups but this may not be possible if you arrive at the last minute.

How long is the show?The show is 90 minutes with a 15 minute interval in the middle.

Can I take pictures or film?Photography and filming permitted. Please use the hashtag #cirqueduvulgar if you wish to upload to social media - and try not to spoil the surprises for those who haven't seen the show yet!
